First snow this morning!
But the fire in the wood stove is keeping things comfortable and both of my kids have new socks to keep their tootsies toasty.
Ahh, the beginning of the winter season and its very welcome slower pace.

You did not get snow before us! PBLT!
Just finished a pair of socks for the girl. Boy already has his but will do another pair since he has shown he really likes his.
Snow?! Ha! We haven't got any yet, here in London Ontario, Canada. In fact we are in double digit weather. It felt like September yesterday.
Weather is a wonderful thing.
No snow for us - just some sleet. There was alot of appreciation in our home as well for woodstoves and hand knit wool socks!

mmmmmmmmm - a nice warm fire - sounds wonderful.
Lucky kiddos with their warm toasty socks. I think I'll break down and start knitting socks in sport weight - whip them out fast that way. . . maybe.
